ABC Assist ABC ASSIST provides the remote administration and telephonic support services to customers.This division is the ‘catch and ‘dispatch’ for the logging and allocating of customer support calls which is generally packaged into managed services agreement.The use of remote management software will decrease onsite support for mundane services which will increase a technician’s productivity, enabling our services to be more responsive and effective.
